Yes. Higher-tier gaming and creator machines are quote-only. We lock a written parts list and price before any deposit.
Typically one to two weeks after payment, depending on component availability. You’ll get a clear window when you order.
Optional. Tell us when you inquire — licensing and setup are confirmed before payment.
We do not silently swap. You’ll approve any change before we purchase replacements.
Pickup is free by appointment. Metro delivery can be arranged. Outside the area, we ship insured and quote freight up front.
